At The Minerva House, every piece is handcrafted with care and made to celebrate the beauty of handmade craftsmanship. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exceptions

A full refund will be issued only in the following circumstance:

If an item is mistakenly listed as available on our website but is found to be out of stock after your order is placed. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that slight variations in colour, stitching, or design are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Additional

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and its original packaging. In the event of damage or loss caused by the courier service, we will gladly assist you in coordinating with the courier partner and work towards an appropriate resolution. However, The Minerva House shall not be obligated to provide a refund, replacement, or compensation for damage or loss resulting from the actions of the courier service.
